The Book of Transactions
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الأَخْنَسِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ لِلأَرْضِ أَجْرٌ أَوْ حَظٌّ .
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having forbidden taking of rent or share of land.
