وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ أَوْ قَالَ ‏"‏ جَائِزَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
