The Book of Gifts
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا " . أَوْ قَالَ " جَائِزَةٌ " .
This hadith is narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters.
