The Book of Oaths
" لِلْمَمْلُوكِ طَعَامُهُ وَكِسْوَتُهُ وَلاَ يُكَلَّفُ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ إِلاَّ مَا يُطِيقُ "
It is essential to feed the slave, clothe him (properly) and not burden him with work which is beyond his power.
