The Book of Oaths
" مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنْ مَالِهِ "
" He who emancipates a portion in a slave, he should (secure full) freedom for him from his property."
