كتاب القسامة والمحاربين والقصاص والديات
The Book of Oaths, Muharibin , Qasas (Retaliation), and Diyat (Blood Money)
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ، شِهَابٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ . وَزَادَ وَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ نَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي قَتِيلٍ ادَّعَوْهُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ .
" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) decided (according to Qasama) between the persons of Ansar (and yours) about a slain (Muslim) for which they made claim against the Jews
