"‏ لاَ أَدْرِي لَعَلَّهُ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ الَّتِي مُسِخَتْ ‏"

I do not know; perhaps it (lizard) might (be one of those natives of) the distant past whose (forms) had beer, distorted.
