The Book of Clothes and Adornment
" لاَ يَمْشِ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ لِيُنْعِلْهُمَا جَمِيعًا أَوْ لِيَخْلَعْهُمَا جَمِيعًا "
None of you should walk in one sandal; either he should wear the two or should take off the two.
