The Book of Poetry
" أَصْدَقُ بَيْتٍ قَالَتْهُ الشُّعَرَاءُ أَلاَ كُلُّ شَىْءٍ مَا خَلاَ اللَّهَ بَاطِلٌ "
The truest couplet recited by a poet is: "Behold! apart from Allah everything is vain," and he made no addition to it.
