The Book of Zuhd and Softening of Hearts
" التَّثَاؤُبُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِذَا تَثَاءَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَكْظِمْ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ "
The yawning as from the devil. So when one of you yawns he should try to restrain it as far as it lies in his power.
