The Book of Zakah
" لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ فِي فَرَسِهِ وَلاَ فِي مَمْلُوكِهِ صَدَقَةٌ "
"A person does not have to pay Sadaqah on his horse or his slave."
