The Book of Hajj
" لاَ يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلاَ يَخْطُبُ وَلاَ يُنْكِحُ "
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The Muhrim should not get married, or propose marriage, or arrange a marriage for some else.'"
