The Book of Wills
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ قَسَّمَ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ قِسْمَهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ فَلاَ تَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ "
"Allah has given each person a share of the inheritance, and it is not permissible to give bequests to an heir."
