The Book of Oaths and Vows
" إِنَّهُ لاَ يَأْتِي بِخَيْرٍ إِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ "
"They do not bring any good; they are just a means of taking wealth from the miserly."
