The Book of Seeking Refuge with Allah
" تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ جَارِ السَّوْءِ فِي دَارِ الْمُقَامِ فَإِنَّ جَارَ الْبَادِيَةِ يَتَحَوَّلُ عَنْكَ "
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Seek refuge with Allah from a bad neighbor in one's permanent abode, for one's neighbor in the desert will change.'"
