"‏ فِيهِ وُلِدْتُ وَفِيهِ أُنْزِلَ عَلَىَّ الْقُرْآنُ ‏"

He said: Messenger of Allah, tell me about keeping fast on Monday and Thursday. He said: On it I was born, and on it the Qur'an was first revealed to me.
