Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)
" إِذَا خَرَجَ ثَلاَثَةٌ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلْيُؤَمِّرُوا أَحَدَهُمْ "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When three are on a journey, they should appoint one of them as their commander.
