Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
" إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ "
When a slave runs away and reverts to polytheism, he may lawfully be killed.
