Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَجَلَدَهُ مَرْوَانُ جَلَدَاتٍ وَخَلَّى سَبِيلَهُ .
Marwan gave him some lashes and let him go.
