"‏ إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ ‏"

I think he said for the fifth time: If he drinks it, kill him. Abu Dawud said: And similarly the word “a fifth time” occurs in the tradition of Abu Ghutaif.
