The Book on Salat (Prayer)
" اسْتَعِينُوا بِالرُّكَبِ "
"[Some of] the Companions of the Prophet complained [to the Prophet] about the hardship of the prostration on them, when they were so spread out, so he said: 'Use your knees.'"
