The Book on Salat (Prayer)
" التَّثَاؤُبُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِذَا تَثَاءَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَكْظِمْ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ "
"Yawning in prayer (salah) is from the Shaitan, so when one of you yawns then let him suppress (it) as much as possible."
