The Book on Fasting
" مَنْ نَزَلَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فَلاَ يَصُومَنَّ تَطَوُّعًا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِمْ "
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever stays with a people, then he is not to fast without their permission."
