The Book on Hajj
" يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ السَّبُعَ الْعَادِيَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ وَالْفَأْرَةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ "
The Prophet said: "The Muhrim may kill the wild beast of prey, the rabid dog, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the crow."
