The Book on Legal Punishments (Al-Hudud)
" لاَ قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلاَ كَثَرٍ "
That he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "There is no cutting of the hand for fruits or palm marrow."
