The Book on Drinks
" كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ "
That the Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about Bit' so he said: "All drinks that intoxicate are unlawful." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
