The Chapters on Marriage
" إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ كَانَ عَاهِرًا "
that the Messenger of Allah said : "If a slave gets married without his master's permission, he is a fornicator."
