The Chapters on Business Transactions
" أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا "
"Any man who sells to two men, it is for the one who was first."[1]
