The Chapters on Business Transactions
" لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا "
"Do not sell fruits until they have ripened." And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).
