The Chapters on Gifts
" الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا "
“Umra belongs to the one to whom it is given, and Ruqba belongs to the one to whom it is given.”
