The Chapters on Pawning
" الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلاَثٍ فِي الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلإِ وَالنَّارِ وَثَمَنُهُ حَرَامٌ "
“The Muslims are partners in three things: water, pasture and fire, and their price is unlawful.”
