حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَجِدُ.
used to perfume the Prophet (ﷺ) before his assuming the state of with the best scent available.
