Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)
" لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ "
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Our (Apostles') property should not be inherited, and whatever we leave, is to be spent in charity."
