كتاب الزكاة
The Book of Zakat
" لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ وَلاَ فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ "
No Sadaqa is due from a Muslim on his slave or horse.
