The Book of Pilgrimage
" إِنَّهَا طَيْبَةُ - يَعْنِي الْمَدِينَةَ - وَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِي الْخَبَثَ كَمَا تَنْفِي النَّارُ خَبَثَ الْفِضَّةِ"
It is Taiba, thereby meaning Medina. It drives away impurity just as fire removes the impurity of silver.
