The Book of Marriage
" مَا مِنْ كُلِّ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ الْوَلَدُ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ خَلْقَ شَىْءٍ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ شَىْءٌ "
The child does not come from all the liquid (sermen) and when Allah intends to create anything nothing can prevent it (from coming into existence).
