The Book of the Rules of Inheritance
" أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ "
Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains over goes to the nearest male heir.
