The Book of Oaths
" ثُمَّ يُسْتَسْعَى فِي نَصِيبِ الَّذِي لَمْ يُعْتِقْ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ عَلَيْهِ "
" He will be required to work (in order to secure freedom) for that por- tion in which he has not been emancipated, without overburdening him."
