The Book of Judicial Decisions
" مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ "
He who innovates things in our affairs for which there is no valid (reason) (commits sin) and these are to be rejected.
