"‏ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ وَعِنْدَهُ أُضْحِيَّةٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلاَ يَأْخُذَنَّ شَعْرًا وَلاَ يَقْلِمَنَّ ظُفُرًا ‏"

If anyone of you intends to offer sacrifice he should not get his hair cut or nails trimmed.
