The Book of Drinks
" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ "
I do not know this but from Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) who said: Every intoxicant is Khamr and every Khamr is forbidden.
