The Book of the Commencement of the Prayer
" اعْتَدِلُوا فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ وَلاَ يَبْسُطْ أَحَدُكُمْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ كَالْكَلْبِ "
"Be moderate in bowing and prostration, and do not rest your forearms along the ground like a dog."
