"‏ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا ‏"

When it rained the Messenger of Allah would say: "Allahummaj'alhu Sayyiban nafi`a. (O Allah, make it beneficial rain)."
