The Book of Praying for Rain (Al-Istisqa')
" اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا "
When it rained the Messenger of Allah would say: "Allahummaj'alhu Sayyiban nafi`a. (O Allah, make it beneficial rain)."
