"‏ يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ لاَ تَمْنَعُنَّ أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى أَىَّ سَاعَةٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ ‏"

"O Banu Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this House of praying at any time of the night or day he wishes."
