"‏ مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لْيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ أَوْ حَامِلٌ ‏"

"Tell him to take her back, then divorce her while she is pure (not menstruating) or pregnant."
