"‏ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَعْمَرَ رَجُلاً عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلِمَنْ يَرِثُهُ مِنْ عَقِبِهِ مَوْرُوثَةٌ ‏"
