The Book of Financial Transactions
" الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا إِلاَّ بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ "
"The two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they both chosen to conclude the transaction." (Sahih )
