" الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذْ أَحَدُهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ أَوْ هَوِيَ "
