The Book of Financial Transactions
" لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ "
"Do not sell fruits until their condition is known. And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).
