" الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَعُرِفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ "
