The Book of Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
" مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلاَ قِصَاصَ "
"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation."
